The University of North Texas will be hosting the final tournament for the Texas Undergraduate Moot Court Association state tournament at the University of North Texas-Denton campus. We need between 180-200 volunteers from the DFW communities to help judge. We will have three preliminary rounds (schedule below) with a reception for judges (including complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres) from 7-9pm. Elimination medal rounds begin at 8:30am on Saturday morning (full schedule is listed below). We need approximately 150 for the Friday rounds, but we also need an additional 30-50 for the medal rounds on Saturday. Please contact Dr. Kimi King if you are able to volunteer ( kking@unt.edu ) and we will send you all the materials you will need including a copy of the problem and bench brief.

2:15-2:45 pm -Judge Check-in and Ballot Distribution – 130 Wooten Hall
3:00 pm: Judges' Meeting – 122 Wooten Hall
3:15pm-4:15pm: Round One (All rounds in Wooten Hall)
4:15-4:30 Round One Ballots returned to Tabulation room (130 Wooten Hall)
4:30pm-5:30pm: Round Two
5:30-5:45 Round Two Ballots returned to Tabulation room (130 Wooten Hall)
5:45pm-6:45pm: Round Three
6:45-7 pm Round Three Ballots returned to Tabulation room (130 Wooten Hall)
7:00pm-9:00pm: Open Bar Reception in the Wooten Atrium for judges

9:30am-9:45 am: Ballots Returned & Announce Advancing Teams
9:45-10:45 am: Quarterfinals
10:45-11:00 am: Ballots Returned & Announce Advancing Teams
11:00-12:00 am: Semifinals
12-1 pm: Lunch
1-2:30: Final Rounds & Announce Tournament Champions
